The Respectful Way of Saying its over
Saying to the person that you do not love him anymore is never easy. It is painful even to imagine breaking a person's heart especially if you loved that person before. The correct way to say to him that it is over is to tell him gently. However, before you break it to him, make sure you have thought it over. Ask yourself if you are doing the right thing. Ask yourself the reason why you have decided to end your relationship. Is this reason justifiable? It is always wise to analyze if your reasons are legit and not because of impulsive actions. You can never be a gently heartbreaker if the reason not justifiable (i.e. you love another person) but you can still minimize the anger by being polite.
Be sensitive in his actions. Prior to breaking up with him, try to be sensitive with his actions. Did he feel that you are going to break up with him? What are his actions? Is he depressed? His current actions will be the basis of your next move. It will also tell when you are going to set the date of the break up.
Gradually, be distant from him for a week. Minimize the closeness but not being too physical with him. Stop your special words especially the words 'I love you'. By doing this, you are already giving him a hint that something is about to happen.
Schedule a good day. Breaking up successful without remorse from the two parties also depends upon the date of the break up. Good days are Sundays, Saturdays and after the date of salary pay. It is proven that on these dates, people are less negative and can cope up with major issues easily. Be mindful with the time of the break up as well. Mornings are always perfect and nigh time is the worst. It is because of sunlight is good for emotional balance while darkness connotes depression.
