Getting over a break up is always difficult for any person. The lengthier the relationship lasted, the stronger would it be on our consciousness. And when is suddenly ends, we get depressed as we start to miss all the usual patterns.
Thinking "my ex ignores me" would basically, cause you to start thinking bad thoughts about yourself. You might believe that those are the reasons behind why your ex left you. These reasons are only true if you believe them. When a relationship ends, the reason is actually more basic than we think. Some people think that it is simply time to make a change in their lives. This is only a waste of time and instead, you should copy what your ex is doing.
Let your mind feel at ease by teaching it new patterns of thoughts and ideas. Start exploring the world outside of your own boundaries. You should start asking yourself about the things you can do to make you feel happy with yourself. Of course, one of the top answers for that question is making other people happy.
Improving on yourself is also important if you want to make yourself attractive to a new partner. Avoid remembering your ex by not going to the same places the two of you used to visit. You should try doing something else when ordinarily, you would have been with your ex.
Try going to a place that is completely new or different. Even if you have to go there without someone else by your side. If you just take a good look within yourself, then you'll realize that this is the perfect time to make changes toward the better. Before, my ex ignores me then talks to me and then ignores me again. If this is what's going on, then you might want to tell your ex that they should just not make contact at all. Yes, absolutely. You should really do that. It will put the power back on your court. This would also be better than continuously hoping that they will come back to you. This would make you develop the old patterns again and this isn't something you want. So make sure that doesn't happen.
One day, you'll realize that it doesn't hurt to think about your ex. There's a good chance that you will start to think "I don't care if my ex ignores me". When you reach this point, getting in contact with your ex is no longer something you have to do ASAP. If it does happen, don't panic and be yourself.
After you've gotten over the old patterns and made new ones, you can start being friends with your ex again. Start ignoring things that don't make you happy instead of lingers over thoughts about "my ex ignores me". Enjoy life and grow!
