Even if the words didn't come from a live Italian-native person, using video and audio materials are great sources of Italian pronunciation and accent which gives the listener proper cues.
Using either one or both of the methods discussed above can be a fast and easy way for anybody to learn how to speak the Italian language. These two techniques will give you the best chances of great results, but don't limit yourself to these - you can try listening to Italian songs or watching Italian language TV shows. Just keep on doing what you're doing and you should be good. At the end of the day, you need to be an attentive listener for everything to sink in properly when you are learning how to speak Italian.
Once you have learned a few words or sentences, the best way to practice is to start speaking the language. You may even need to speak like a real Italian for best results. If such an unorthodox learning method would be best for you and would help your learning curve, then go for it. Say what you need to say, in the most Italian way of saying it. It works for many, as this helps them get straight to the point, instead of simply thinking of what shouldn't be said or done.
