Start giving gifts to him.
The best way to make someone do the things you want them to do is to do it yourself first. Start giving during special occasions like Valentine's Day, Christmas day, and new year's day and give one token every month. When he notices, he will start giving. He may start giving every month for the sake of reciprocating. However, sooner or later he will give you special gifts because of how considerate you are.
Tell him your favorite items.
Men sometimes do not give because they do not know what to get for their girlfriends. Tell him what you like to collect. Show him you like accessories or perfumes. This way, he won't have a hard time figuring out what to get for you.
Lastly, tell say thank you at all times.
When you say thank you or you say you love the things he gave you, he will be ignited to give more. Men love gratitude. It is their nature.
