In fairness to Mr. Dunning, his concern for big companies is major thing to be appreciated. But a balance look of the market is very important.
Organic farmers cannot touch a big company, that's the truth of business. As organic farmers endeavor to have the best organic produce, these big companies will also join the ticket. You can find several food or crop production companies joining the race of organic foods produce.
Even a little change in the scale of the business will not eliminate the giants' extravagance of profiting. All the more this will generate opportunities for the industry.
