There are various multinational companies that don't have a strict dress code but they are mainly focusing on decency and good taste. But if you are interested in occupying a position in a bank then you should dress in a costume and a white shirt because in banks the dress code is very rigid.
Another important part of your look are the shoes. We should have at least one pair of elegant shoes in our closet destined for special occasions. In case you don't have one yet then you should definitely invest in one as soon as you can. The one thing that you should avoid would be buying a pair of shoes with very high heels. They will only make your feet soar and it will be practically impossible to walk in them. Last but not least, the color of the shoes is also very important. You can choose a neutral color like brown or maybe gray and you will surely look very elegant.
