That's the first step taken care of, on the step two. I wanted her to go for a coffee. To take this one small step. Three or four coffees later I thought she would be pretty comfy in all this.
My next step was to gently nudge her into having a meal out with me. It was an easy step for her to make, coffee to a meal. Going from a phone conversation to a meal would be a bit of a stretch.
I'm sure you are starting to get the idea here. Coax her into comfortable small steps. She should be feeling at ease before you put the next step into play. Then it's moving her to the next step, or level.
I went through various steps like this to get my wife back. You might have different plans to mine and may manage it with fewer or more steps. The important thing is you have the step by step system to follow all the way.
It took me roughly six or seven weeks to get my wife back. I never once deviated from the system rules. In my view, it really was worth the cash and effort as it worked as planned.
