One good way to look proper is to sit forward just a little bit in your chair as this makes it look like you're interested and attentive to the proceedings.

Keep your body language "open" by keeping you legs slightly apart and placing your hands on your thighs. You want to show that you are receptive to all that is being said to you and are really listening.
Another way to show the proper body language is through your smile. If your face is lit up with a great smile, it reveals that you're confident and excited about what you're doing. Practice smiling in a mirror so you get to know how you look as you smile and you develop more confidence is showing your smile to others.
