There are many types of Rockwell SoniCrafter blades for polishing, scraping, re grouting, cutting, sanding, end cutting, and grinding.
The SoniCrafter Polishing Pads can be used for the paste application and polish of delicate surfaces. These pads can be used on finished fiberglass, tile surfaces, granite, glazed stone, brass, gold, chrome, and stainless steel.
The SoniCrafter Scraping Blades can be used as a stainless steel rigid scraper for cutting carpet, separating laminated floors, residues, paint and coatings, wood and other floor coverings, and removing old vinyl. The flexible scraping blades can be used as a stainless steel flexible scraper cutting linoleum, leather, and carpet, and for removing worn gaskets, wall paper, adhesive residues, paint, elastic sealants, and similar materials.
The SoniCrafter Grout Removal Blades can be used to shape and cut porous masonry and concrete, and to remove grout. The blade is flat on one side so that you can cut into corners and remain flush against any surfaces that are adjoining. The diamond coated blades can also be used to score and cut.
The SoniCrafter Saw Blades and Circle Cutters can be used for plunge and linearly cutting of window glazing, hardened fillers, thin sheet metal, non ferrous metals, fiberglass, plastic, and wood. The segmented saw blades are also flat on one side so that you can cut into corners and remain flush against any surfaces that are adjoining.
The SoniCrafter Sandpaper holds a sanding sheet for detailed sanding in corners and small areas. The plastic back won't scratch the work surface. The sanding pads can also be used with extraction attachment for dust removal.
The Standard SoniCrafter End Cut Blades can be used for general purpose plunge cuts up to 1 depth, in non metal materials such as drywall, plastic, and wood. The universal end cut blade can be used for plunge cuts up to " depth in hardened fillers, fiberglass, plastic, and wood. The hardened teeth will cut nonferrous metals such as thin sheet metal, non ferrous metals, and nails. The precision end cut blade has a beveled, precision ground tooth design that permits aggressive plunge cuts up to 1 5/8 depth in soft plastic and wood.
The SoniCrafter Rasps and Carbide Rasps can be used for coarse rasping and grinding and aggressive material removal over a large area. The applications include masonry, thin set, hardened adhesives, and wood.
