There is a system in place for globalization. In order to expand you need to become part of the system. Go to work setting up strategic alliances for distribution, legal representation, legislative contacts, promotional partners etc. the objective here is to create 'mini me' structures throughout these locations in a way that has strategy and is synergistic to both your contacts and your team of executives and board members.
