I realize that I am very pretty, young and a girl so I am a big target for someone who may want to hurt me. In addition, I am short and so my strength is limited so being safe is even more of a challenge for me. That is the reason why I always carry a lipstick pepper spray in my bag and a cell phone stun gun.
I like using self defense products like these because they are covert. I can easily lie to someone and say hold on I need my cell or my lipstick and hurt them if I need to get away. No one will ever guess these items are actually self defense weapons.
One time I actually had to use my cell phone stun gun when a dude I met got too touchy with me. Then he got too aggressive and I could not get him off me. Once I saw him overpowering me, I pretended I was enjoying it and went along.
I then told him I needed to turn off my cell phone so we were not disturbed. I took out my cell phone stun gun and touched him with it. This was the Pretender model which has 4.5 million volts, ouch!
I sprinted out of that place and got far away. I'm confident he was in pain having that much voltage shock him, but the damage is not normally permanent. That's why I use non-lethal weapons.
They are perfect to get away, but not truly hurt the person long term. I never leave home without my cell phone stun gun or pepper spray. I only feel safe when I have them with me and that's why I never leave home without them.
