Parents, who have given birth to their first child, may find the whole experience of doing so quite difficult, as they would be lacking any experience. Apart from being an event that brings the most happiness to any home, it also brings a number of doubts about how to provide the best environment to the child, which would promote his or her health the most.
This diet would help protect from allergies and a number of diseases that a baby is vulnerable to. Providing good nutrition from the very beginning stays with the child throughout the growing years, till he or she reaches adulthood. As the child begins to eat solid food, it is important to introduce fruits, vegetables and food rich in protein in order to ensure their healthy growth.
A baby clearly remembers the scent of the mother since the time that was spent in her womb. After birth, when the mother holds the baby close or cuddles him or her, the baby gets the feelings of warmth and affection.
After the baby is born, there are traces of the mother's scent still in his or her memory. Once the baby gets back into contact with the mother, he or she is reminded of it, which automatically leads to a closer bond of love and attachment being formed between both of them.
Also providing constant encouragement to them, even to the little improvements that they make plays an important role in promoting their well being and abilities. This encouragement can be in the form of praise, or little presents such as a toy.
You can give anything to your child as a token of appreciation, like a chocolate for example. Your encouragement will boost up the confidence of your child.
You can also reinforce their imagination and creativity by asking them to imagine a situation they would like, as this would also lead to freedom of thought.
