Gaspari Nutrition's Spirodex and Phenorex

Gaspari has introduced two more supplement geared toward energy and fat loss. They have released both products at basically the same time. They are Phenorex and Spirodex. Gaspari is a popular manufacturer but their fat burners haven't been the most popular products of their line. Time will tell if their two new products can change that.
Spirodex was designed to be a mood enhancer. People are not usually in the best of moods when they are dieting. If you are a bodybuilder or have been on long diets, you probably know what I am talking about. Some of us need all the help we can get with the moodiness that is sometimes associated with dieting and Spirodex could be just the thing that is needed. Some benefits of taking it are a feeling of well being, increased alertness, and some appetite suppression.
Phenorex is the fat burner. It is supposed to give you all the fat burning you want with minimal to no side effects. Gaspari says this products will also cut the appetite as well as crank up the metabolism to increase fat burning.
Gaspari says that both products should not cause and jittery feelings that may be associated with some fat burners. You should feel pretty good on these products and you should not be able to notice when they wear off.
It is probably best not to take them together, especially in the beginning. Take them separately and see how effective they are individually before even attempting to try them together. As always, follow the directions on the labels for minimum chances of side effects and the best results possible.
