Salt Lake City Tooth Whitening

One of the most common dental issues that we meet a dentist for is to get our discolored teeth whitened. Dull, discolored and stained teeth have an aging effect on your appearance. You can now look younger with tooth whitening procedures done at Salt Lake City Utah.
Getting your tooth whitening done is a painless procedure contrary to many beliefs. Although you will come across several techniques in tooth whitening, there are two general categories that dentists follow; at-home tooth whitening and in-office tooth whitening. There are several over the counter products, however they contain acid based agents that are harmful to your teeth and gums. While the others come along with, ‘one size fits all trays’ that cover your teeth with the whitening gel. Since these trays are not custom fitted they can result in uneven tooth contact, thereby giving an inconsistent result. After the procedure there could be slight irritation which will subside quickly. Hence it is recommended to get professional advice from a well known dentist.
