Try replacing some of the white flour in your baked goods with whole wheat flour to boost their nutritional content. Whole wheat flour has more fiber and nutrients than white flour and is less processed. You can replace up to half of the white flour and you won't even notice the difference.

With proper nutrition, your body will be more capable of carrying you through the day with energy, endurance, and strength.
