Speed Up Your Meditation Abilities Using Brainwave Entrainment

Why do some people find it difficult to meditate? They either stay on their beta state or fall asleep. They just can't stay long enough in lower brainwave level for some period of time. Meditation can be difficult to attain but with the use of brainwave entrainment technology, the difficulty can be minimized.
We often experience the lower brainwave frequencies of alpha and theta waves. When we are relaxed, doing nothing, taking a shower, or maybe driving a car are some situations when you fall into the lower brainwaves. However in these conditions, the mental chatter can still dominate your thoughts. This is contrary to the goal of meditation which is to silence the conscious chatter and give room for the vast information and creativity of the unconscious mind to be heard and hopefully surface to our conscious awareness for it to be tapped.
Attaining meditation can be done by sensing the parts of your body one by one. Starting with your head, notice if there are any tension in the muscles. If there are, consciously relax those muscles. Move down to your forehead, nose, cheeks and all the rest of your body till you reach your toes. By then you should have reached a meditative state.
Thinking of a simple thing can also bring you to a desired meditative state. Imagine a basketball in your mind. Imagine a single light source coming from the left. Let the ball rotate. Notice the shadows of the bumps and grooves create. Notice the color and smell of the ball. With practice this can bring you to a lower brainwave frequency.
Whatever technique you use, it requires practice and you may not succeed in the first few sessions. The mental chatter is so domineering to the untrained mind that lowering its dominion can prove to be a hard|difficult task. Negative thoughts such as fear can occupy most of your brain chatter and it is very unhealthy and can hinder you from reaching the meditative state.
By listening to sounds created with brainwave entrainment, the brain follows the frequency of the sound producing the targeted brain wave frequency. A well advertised brainwave entrainment is binaural beats but it needs headphones to make it effective.
Monaural and isochronic tones can provide you with brainwave entrainment which does not require headphones but it still is better to use one so as to limit the input of external noise which can disrupt the entrainment.
Isochronic tones have equal durations of tones and silence. The number of the tone and silence pair occurring per second determines the frequency it is designed to entrain the brain with. It's similar to a steady beating of drums like the ones shamans use to bring them into a trance like state.
Only several minutes are required to reach the meditative state when listening to brainwave entrainment software. However, there are some persons who requires more than one session to experience the meditative state. Once experienced, the subsequent sessions will be easier to achieve.
Practice meditation to become more creative, have more focus and concentration, be stress free and live a healthier life. Brainwave entrainment can make it easier for you to achieve the meditative state.
