People who claim that it can be done easily or that everyone can do it right then on are surely just selling products or programs. If you deliberately choose to still eat the way you choose to or ditch any exercise prescribed by your weight loss program then whatever benefit hypnosis has brought forth to you will just nullify itself. Hypnosis is more than just convincing you that you can loss your extra weight, it is also about changing your outlook to life and give you that exact confidence that you need to be happy.
