Use their budget to create a memorable day. Stick to the budget but make it the whole perfect for their tastes. Do not prioritize the clients who pay more.

Using candle in a night event will make it romantic and inviting. Having the party outdoors is popular these days so they will need a big tent. Set up the tent outside then place a red carpet for the walkway. Put candles on the sides and light it up before the start of the party. Just buy candles that come with a candle holder.

When it comes to table setting, the owner needs to impress the client and the guests. The formal table setting was usually used by catering services. The formal settings are using several utensils like water glass, red wine glass, white wine glass, bread plate, salad plate, dinner plate, soup bowl, cup and saucer, bread knife, dessert spoon, cake fork, salad fork, dinner fork, dinner knife, teaspoon, soup spoon and napkin.

Water pitchers and punch bowls are often used for serving juices or water. Bus boys or the waiters use bus trays to clean and remove used utensils in a table and send them in the kitchen. Get a basket and put sugar packets, tea bags, chocolate powder for the kids and 3in1 coffee for emergency. Do not forget the stirrer, straws and table napkins.

There are different ways to make this business work its way to success. The future owners just need to study more about this field of work. Also, this business is expensive; replacing broken catering supplies, quality control etc. Have an effective catering business by having a website where potential clients can check the companies previous work and some customer testimonials.
