If you are lucky enough to have a second 'healthy' computer that has good anti virus programs on it and also has an external hard drive, you could remove the infected hard drive and place it in the good computer to let the anti virus program try to clean it up for you.
Be forewarned, this is a really good way to share a virus. Make sure you have a high quality virus protection, and that it has been recently updated.
