It is fairly common for people to really feel unhappy with their jobs. Surveys performed at varied points in time and in various parts of the world, often point out that up to 50-60% of people are not comfortable at work. Nonetheless, very few of these individuals will actually do anything about this situation.

At this point it is very important to have a clear idea of what you need out of your subsequent job, to make sure that you don't end up in a similar scenario again
Irrespective of which option you pick, you must take action. This is particularly so in case your levels of dissatisfaction are very high, since it can be emotionally draining to continue in such a situation and more often than not it will affect other aspects of your life.
