The Nook vs Kindle war seems to go on. The passion for reading books has now gone hi-tech with the introduction of top notch eReaders. The Nook Color from the house of Barnes and Noble, and the Kindle Fire from Amazon are the forerunners in the race to be the top eReader. Amazon is world's largest online retailer and has a legacy in books. Barnes and Noble aren't far behind either. This company has made a great impact on the eBook market in a short span of time. It comes with a free trial after which, you can have subscription to millions of books for just $79 an year. Apart from the books, Kindle also offers thousands of movies, videos and songs for download. Nook on the other hand, has no dedicated app store for movies or music and you must find your own content and download it.
The Kindle also seems to win big in the price department. The Nook is almost a hundred dollars more expensive than the Kindle which is likely to set off the buyers. Its looks like the Kindle from Amazon is set to be a winner in the Kindle vs Nook race. However, what exactly you are looking for in your eReader will make all the difference to your choice.
