Ideas for scrapbooking can - on occasion - seem hard to come up with. But concepts are everywhere, each day. Especially in these crazy times.
Simply look at a newspaper, glance at a magazine, explore the Internet, or tune into the TV news, and you'll soon discover that remarkable things are taking place right now. A variety of them might lead to marvelous albums.
Are you scratching your head about which of the hundreds of subjects in the news will result in the best idea for scrapbooking?
One possibility would be to think about making an original or premade scrapbook about any of the interesting and standout sports articles now in the news. Longshot victories; sports stars with moving private histories or glamorous styles; stunning competitive triumphs; or even histories of your favorite teams, can all result in amazing books.

All of these could make wonderful scrapbooks.
Of course, at their most basic, current events and news are actually about the events in people's lives, both in your own country and on the other side of the planet. From humorous stories to affairs of state, from economic affairs to the environment, from travel to design, from winners to bad guys, there are dozens of ideas for scrapbooking handy for you to use every day.
One of the nice things about using a newspaper, or other form of printed news as your resource for inspiration, is that it will no doubt feature lots of photos, headlines, and heaps of text you can put immediately into your book.
There's little doubt, when you adapt current events to get ideas, you might unearth so many possibilities that the hard job for you isn't going to be coming up with a theme for your next scrapbook, it will be focusing your choices to just one that you will make your album around!
So should you ever find yourself feeling thematically "stuck," just open a newspaper, pick up a magazine, turn on your computer, or turn on the news. You'll see that there are fresh ideas for scrapbooking all around you, every day!
