If neither exercise nor herbal teas are having the desired effect, well don't lose heart, there are plenty of other things for you to try. Try and set aside a few minutes a day in a quiet place and practice meditation. This ancient art of relaxation has been practiced for centuries and fans swear by it.
Either playing or listening to music can have a profound effect on our mind and our senses. These are both proven ways of relieving stress and will either stop you worrying altogether or at least help you get it into perspective.
All of these techniques have been proven to reduce stress levels and promote relaxation. Choose one and stick to it, don't chop and change as you won't do enough to feel the benefits. The only one that can be used in combination with another one is the tea drinking for obvious reasons.
