Grooming your dog before your trip will ensure that your dog looks and smells great on your vacation. You do not want a stinky dog with you in confined travel spaces or hotel rooms for that matter. Buying a new dog collar or new leash is also a great way to pamper your pet before traveling.
You need to have your dog immunized before a trip. A dog will have a high stress level when they are not in a known setting and this can create a low immune system. Dogs should always see vets regularly.
Before making the decision to travel with your pet, consider your destination. Does the hotel accept pets? Are you able to attend and visit the places that you wanted to with a canine? There are many pet friendly resorts and locations, but some are not.
Your pet can provide lots of fun and great company on a vacation. Be sure the trip will be fun for your pet too. Groom and immunize your dog and reward them with a snazzy new dog collar.
