To measure your cup size you can begin by measuring the circumference of your body including your breasts. Be sure to keep the measuring tape parallel to your bra band line. To determine your cup size, subtract your band size from your chest plus breast measurement. Hence, if your chest and breast measurement is 34 inches (86.4 cm), and your band size is 32 inches (81.3 cm), you will get a difference of two inches (5.1 cm). Since you have a difference of 2 inches (5.1 cm) in this example, your cup size is B.
Once you find the bra that fits well, it would be best to buy more the neutral colors and in different fits. Additionally, your bra size alters according to changes in your body due to factors such as exercise, diet, the natural aging process and water retention. You finally know how to properly get measured for a bra. Even though the method above is accurate, you may sometimes try on a bra in your size that does not fit you. Take note that some bra designer brands may fit a little different some may be smaller or bigger than the other brands. You just need to be patient and try on as much bras as you can until you find one that fits your well.
