One more of the vertigo exercises is to stand again with your feet together and hang your arms on your sides. Start moving your head from side to side. Do it with your eyes closed at first and then with your eyes open.

Another one is to rotate 360 degrees and try maintaining your balance. Once you do this, walk in a straight line. This can be challenging but it helps ward off vertigo quite well.

There is another exercise for vertigo that involves head movements. Sudden head movements give rise to vertigo. You need to sit straight on your bed with your feet touching the floor. Suddenly jerk to your left with eyes closed in such a way that you are flat on the bed on one side. Tilt your head a little upwards and wait for the vertigo to pass off. Then, come back to position one - sitting. Repeat the same to the right side.

These vertigo exercises help in maintaining the balance of the body and getting rid of vertigo. These exercises must be adopted and performed regularly. Doctor's advice is necessary if you suffer from very severe vertigo attacks. While performing the exercise, there are chances of the vertigo going out of control and leading to nausea and vomiting. One needs to be careful and consult a doctor before starting these exercises.

Vertigo sufferers must start performing vertigo exercises because they are the best way to get rid of vertigo and take care of your health and body balance simultaneously.
