Thrombosed Hemorrhoids

One of the most extreme and severe types of hemorrhoids is the thrombosed hemorrhoid. Thrombosed hemorrhoids are usually extremely painful but luckily most dont need surgical removal. Thrombosed hemorrhoids are hemorrhoids which have clotted inside the anal canal. Thrombosed hemorrhoids can be soft or hard and form in the vein which runs inside the anal canal. Thrombosed hemorrhoids can also occur externally in which case they can be seen, again they can be soft or hard to touch.
Natural hemorrhoid cures can be great pain relievers and they can be very effective in total treatment of thrombosed hemorrhoids. Below are several tips for sufferers of thrombosed hemorrhoids:
Use warm baths to ease the pain and reduce the swelling of hemorrhoids. At least 2 bathes per day in warm water are recommended. If you can sit down thats great " if this causes you too much pain however; squatting is fine.
Avoid straining when removing the stool " if you struggle when going to the toilet, we recommend making your stools softer. This can be done by eating foods with high levels of natural fibers such as fruits and vegetables, bran, beans etc.
Avoid dehydration. Stay hydrated by drinking a minimum of 7 glasses of water daily. This is not difficult - you should aim for 10 glasses to ensure hydration. Try drinking 2 glasses immediately when you wake up in the morning, 2 more at morning tea time and lunch time, 2 at dinner time and 2 before going to bed. Its always better to sip the water than drink it quickly.
Get fast pain relief by applying ice to the hemorrhoid (or to the anus for internal hemorrhoids). Ice does two main things, firstly it reduces the size of the hemorrhoid and it also numbs the area " both result in significant pain relief.
Use a hemorrhoid cream which can be bought at most pharmacys and chemists to reduce irritation. Its worth noting that creams work differently for different people and most dont provide long term solutions to hemorrhoids.
While its not recommended as an ongoing solution for hemorrhoid pain relief, Ibuprofen is very effective for short term pain relief.
Increase your rate of metabolism by walking for 20 minutes a day. This is probably best done after having a sitz bath or when you feel the least pain.
Use slightly damp toilet paper to clean yourself after bowel movement " this is softer and will cause less irritation.
A fast and easy way to cure thrombosed hemorrhoids is using a natural system such as the one created by Holly Hayden called H-Miracle. H-Miracle has cured many thousands of cases of hemorrhoids and also provides fantastic information about ways to get quick pain relief.
If you decide to go with surgery (we strongly recommend you try every other possible option first) there are numerous options available to you, some of them include:
Rubber Band ligation " this process involves tying a rubber band around the hemorrhoid which restricts blood flow to the hemorrhoid. The hemorrhoid then eventually shrivels up and disappears.
Hemorrhoidectomy " probably the most painful of all hemorrhoid removal procedures, the hemorrhoid is cut away using a special apparatus. Patients usually require several weeks of painful recovery time.
Sclerotherapy " the infected area is injected with a shrinking agent. The hemorrhoid eventually disappears.
Thrombosed hemorrhoids can almost always be cured using natural methods " we dont recommend surgery unless you have pursued every other avenue available simply because in most cases it is not necessary.
