This phenomenon is well noted during runs and it is therefore called "runner's high"-this is an euphoric feeling many runners get this high about 30 to 40 minutes into a run. The high is a mental sate and a myth to most and this is so because it is not objective and cannot be summoned or attained at will

The purpose for that is that the runners high is not a physical phenomenon , it is made of physical, spiritual and mental knowledge and developing it depends on a balance of all three attributes. In fact all these three elements are in fact one. This can only be seen when the ego is negated and there is no ego to record the phenomenon of the runners high. That is why when we look for it we cannot get it. The looking for the runners high involves the strengthening of the ego which has a tendency to prevent the release of exercise endorphins which causes the runners high.

If you look at children you will see that they run loosely, they have no method to their runs and so it is mindless. If you run this way the runner high will be at your calling
