So what is Fiverr? Maybe you've heard about Fiverr in the shadows or a dark alley somewhere but you're still uncertain as to what exactly it is & what it's about. Nobody blames you for being timid, the Wild Wild Web is full of things that are scary to some people, however Fiverr.com is nothing to be scared of. In fact, it's pretty gosh darn neat.
The basic principle around the site is that it's a marketplace that connects buyers and sellers just like the hundreds of other marketplaces that can be found around the internet. The major difference between Fiverr & the other sites however is that all of the goods & services cost $5, five bucks, five smackaroos. Pretty neat huh?
Now that you know what the site is pretty much about, there's still the question about how exactly you can use it. Now this completely depends on what your needs are. For me, I'm both a seller and a buyer when it comes to Fiverr. Before we really go into detail in anything about becoming a seller on Fiverr, let's think about something you can sell. Now take note, you're really only getting $3.97 for each sale after both Fiverr and PayPal fees so it's going to need to be something worth your while. Time is really your worst enemy when it comes to making money with Fiverr.
To me I simply sell packs of prewritten articles to people and a few services that take me only a minute or two to complete. You're going to need to think of something else you can do that's going to make it worth your time & effort. So if you want to become a good seller, well just brainstorm some things that you'll be able to do in a short amount of time and make some money.
What Is Buying Like On Fiverr?
Now on the other hand as a buyer on Fiverr there's a few tips I can give you. I generally make sure I message somene and get a reply back before I buy from a new seller. This gives me a bit of a feel to how doing business with them is going to be like. I ask a question & if they answer within a timely amount of time and give me a clear answer I'm likely going to purchase from them. You should also look for highly rated sellers, the only drawback with them is it's likely they'll have multiple orders to fill so it might take some time to accomplish your order.
